Job well done a lovely man thank you
From start to finish we have had nothing but an amazing service. Jonnie who initially dealt with us was super and very knowledgeable. All other staff I have dealt with have also been extremely helpful. Carl and Danny who fitted our stove went above and beyond. Having several issues with fitting our stove which they overcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I am delighted 😀 with the end result. Massive thank you guys for a first class service provided.
Mike came out today and fixed our living flame fire efficiently quickly no fuss. We had previously had someone come out from a different company who let us down but I will always call fireside by design from now on, thank you Mike we now feel cozy again Philippa

Delighted with my new fireplace. The installation team were friendly and worked neatly. They even gave tips on how to get the best heat from the gas fire.
not happy the new fire is 2 days old it has a gas leak had to call cadent in to fix the leak also a crease in the wallpaper surrounding the fire the installers could not be bothered rubbing down a small amount of cement surrounding the fire place very poor job
Had the media wall team complete my installation and it was flawless, looks amazing, perfect finish and the Solus fire is stunning. 10/10
Good service clean and tidy workmanship. Would of given 5 stars but i have not received the gas safe certificate. I have been in the showroom 3 times were they take my details and say it will be with you in two weeks. Still waiting since February.
Looks great on website, but not open at 14:40 on Saturday. All closed up. If they are yo be closed they should change the availability. Paid to Cross the tunnel, not open. Wasted journey
Delighted with the service provided by everyone at fireside by design…..excellent showroom, with help from staff to select the right fire for ourselves…..the surveyor was very professional and knowledgeable and the installation team were brilliant in all aspects, dust sheets everywhere….polite, helpful and friendly.a perfect job!
