I would recommend Timperley Stoves for your wood burning fire installation, I received good Friendly service and a job well done, Prices were comparable with other suppliers but I choose Timperly stoves because there advice seemed more honest, I got what I asked for and installers cleaned up afterwards,
Fire installed in one day it looks fantastic, we love it!

We cannot thank Helen, Alan and co enough for turning a bit of a disaster into a positive following stupidly having a fire installed by Direct Stoves in Stanley Green (avoid at ALL costs!). I called the shop ten days ago to enquire about having a beam fitted over our stove that was installed in early September by Direct Stoves. Helen did not hesitate to offer advice and suggest I visit the store. I popped down straight away, got some great advice and placed an order. Ten days later, Alan and co visited to fit the beam and gave me some pointers on the legal requirements surrounding the installation. The beam looks amazing and we can finally put the installation fiasco behind us. Big lesson learnt; stick with people who know what they’re doing, and most importantly, care about what they’re doing and the customer - unlike Direct Stoves who could not care less once they’ve received your order.
Highly recommend Timperley Stoves. From the beginning, they have been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We actually held up the process because of delays on our side, but Helen and Alan couldn’t have been more accommodating, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. I would like to say a massive thank you to both Helen and Alan. From the moment we walked into the showroom, to the day of fitting. They have been extremely helpful and knowledgable and made the process seamless. We are super pleased with the outcome of the chamber, hearth and log burner. The guys did a great job of replacing our old rusted flue. They turned up on time, did all the work required, and a couple of additional jobs they didn't need to do (reattached the gutter, fitted a loose tile and did some pointing to make the chimney watertight). Thanks a lot for sorting us out, we had a fire last night and are back to being toasty warm!
From start to finish, Alan and his team were fab! They helped us pick out a log burner that would suit our home, fitted it without any problems, and left my home spotless. A huge thank you once again 😊
